Laser marking is a method which uses a high-energy laser beam to achieve partial exposure to the laser beam on the workpiece,  to accomplish the surface layer material vaporization or color changes due to the chemical reaction, and leave a permanent marking on the workpiece.

 

Laser marking machine can mark a variety of text, symbols, and patterns, the character sizes can range from millimeters to microns, which can be significant for the traceability of the products. Its advanced nature is that it can achieve non-contact processing, does not produce mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress, which will not damage the workpiece. Therefore, laser marking can do a lot of processing which conventional methods cannot be achieved.

 

Laser marking has a wide application range.
