1. Please make sure the power cord is well connected.
2. Please make sure the power supply unit in the supply unit is working fine. (Please see another topic on how to test voltage of the power supply unit.)
3. Please make sure the laser source cable is well connected to the mainboard.
4. Please make sure the starting up sequence of the marking system is "Computer"--"Control Power"--"Laser Power", if your sequence is wrong, please reboot the whole system.
