Please open the left door of the supply unit and find the driver board as shown in the picture.

Please check that the six screw which pointed by the pink arrow are well tightened.

We would recommend you to loosen those six screws first and make sure each chip are well inserted and then tighten them one by one.

By doing this steps, normally will solve the problem.
